BEST INGREDIENTS
All-purpose flour, instant yeast, warm milk, sugar, egg, melted unsalted butter, fine salt, fine dry breadcrumbs. Optional: vanilla, bread flour blend, milk powder, extra sugar.
OUR PROCESS
Bloom yeast in warm milk. Mix with flour, sugar, egg, butter, salt. Knead until smooth; rise. Shape into balls, roll in breadcrumbs. Proof again. Bake until golden, soft, and fragrant.
FARMING PRACTICES
Source flour from regenerative farms using crop rotation. Choose fair-trade sugar. Prefer pasture-raised eggs and grass-fed butter. Buy local.
STORY BEHIND
Born from Spanish pan de sal, our island rolls became comfort at dawnwarm, crumb dusted, sold from bicycles and sari-sari stores, shared with coffee, laughter, and news.
